Well, I gained...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 249.4 lbs
 Goal Weight: 175.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 74.4 lbs
Well, I gained .2 pounds this week, no biggie as long this doesn't happen two weeks in a row. Since my weight is virtually that same, there is no change in BMI this weekDisappointed? Not really. I was bad two days so I'm going to count those as my cheat day.

That ticker at the top is very misleading, last week I have lost a total of 32.6. It rounded it to 33 lbs lost. This week, I gained .2 lbs, making my total 32.4. So it rounded down to 32 lbs lost. Which looks like I gained one whole pound instead .2 pounds. :-/


I walked 49.56 miles and burned 8890 calories this week. Yah! I did think about walking 9 miles a day but I found it wasn't feasible.  For example, walking 2 miles take me about 30 minutes so normally pop my food into the food streamer before my walk and when I return my lunch is ready. :-) But walking 3 miles takes me 45 minutes so my food will overcook. :-( I could cook my food when I return but then I have to wait another 30 minutes to eat. :-(

As you can see I changed my goal from 185 lbs to 175 lbs. I opted to forgo my birthday, December 21, 2013, as my goal date but instead I adopted this philosophy, "I will get there when I get there." Meaning as I continue to eat healthy and exercise I will eventually reach my goal.


Oh, I decided not to post a spreadsheet of my food intake any more since it changes often, however, I did provide a link to my food diary on MyFitnessPal since it is easier to track my food and any changes that might occur during the day. I will not be posting my daily analysis from MyNetDiary app anymore, just the weekly analysis every Sunday. I also will discontinue posting "If you eat like today...you'd weigh XXX.X lbs in 5 weeks" from MyFitnessPal. 


I made a few changes to this site, Food Facts has been changed to Must-Reads, Must-Haves has been merged with Remedies, and I also added my shopping list under Groceries. I plan to update Must-Reads and Must-Haves daily, so check back often.

  1. I like your changes. The articles are informative. I also like your attitude, you will get there when you do. Keep working at it, keep the goal before you and you will get there. Your still in closer range of one of your goals.
