It took me awhile to figure this out...

Current Weight: 261.2 lbs
 Goal Weight: 185.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose : 76.2 lbs

It took me awhile to figure this out, I had planned on eating 1800 to 2100 calories but I really had to double on some of these foods because of their low calorie content. It looks like a lot of food, well, at least to me it does. I hope I don't have any headaches, if I do I'll add a banana or two.

As you can see I finally made it to Walmart, I didn't buy everything I had planned though, I brought salmon, pork chops, romaine lettuce, oranges, green apples, bananas and oats. I forgot to pick up some low-fat milk for the oats. I might go back and get some raisins. I grabbed some broccoli but when I got the register and put it on the belt. The bag had a huge hole in it.

Later, I went to Food Lion and brought some green grapes, baby carrots, hummus, blueberries, and strained yogurt. However, after tasting the yogurt it will be removed from my plan...PERMANENTLY.

I still need broccoli and now, I need more sweet peas.
