Well, It's been a week...

Current Weight: 260.4 lbs
 Goal Weight: 185.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose : 75.4 lbs

Well, it's been a week and the results are in...I'm 2.4 lbs lighter. Am I disappointed? A tad, I was hoping for 258 since yesterday I was 259 but before someone says it, I do realize every week is going to be different. I lost 10 lbs one week, then the next week I lost 2 lbs and 8 lbs in the third week, all while eating and exercising the same. So, it's just one of the 'valley' weeks, hopeful next week with be a 'hill'.

My BMI is 34.4 kg/m so I'm part of the 'obese club'. Goodbye severely obese and overweight here I come. Never thought I would be so happy to be overweight. lol.

I also reevaluated my weight loss goals. They may seem a little lofty but I believe with some hard work they can be achieved.

I'm really enjoying the foods I'm eating now, though, I am concerned with my carb intake--346 seems like a lot. I guess we'll see next Sunday how it all pans out.

I'm decided to increase my 2-mile walk to 3 miles this week. My ultimate goal would be to run 5 miles a day as I did in my teens. I also would like to run in the New York City Marathon before I'm 40.

UPDATE: I was feeling so good after my 7 o'clock snack I decided to go for another walk.
