Last weekend my friend...


Sunday's Weigh-In: 249.4 lbs
 Goal Weight: 175.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 74.4 lbs
Last weekend my friend dehydrated some food, cucumbers and apples. She boasted about how good they were dehydrated. So that got me thinking that would be a cool way to eat fruit to break up the monotony. I never had apple chips or banana chips but I'm willing to give it a try. I found one at Walmart for about $50.00. It's has really good reviews.

I went to Walmart after my final walk. I bought some frozen fruit to go into my smoothies. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches and mangos, oh my. :-) I never had mangos before, I hope they are good. I made a delicious strawberry and banana smoothie, it was so good I want another but I will refrain.

Tomorrow, I'm going to talk about water intake: Are you drinking enough? I was really surprise at what I found out.
