I overslept this morning...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 249.2 lbs
 Goal Weight: 185.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 64.2 lbs
I overslept this morning, I didn't start my walk until 8:00 am. I also skipped breakfast but I decided against it. I'm not to going to the state park to walk, I think 9 miles today is enough. Maybe once I've reached my goal weight and start practicing for my first marathon, I'll start walking more. 

After walking 9 miles yesterday and today, I'm debate if I should make it my regular routine. That's 63 miles a week. 

I brought peanut butter and bread yesterday but I think I'm not going to have them except on my cheat days. Also I got rid of the cup of rice again so only one cup a day from now on. I'll plan to increase my fruit and vegetable intake.

Yesterday, I came across something I've never heard of in my 35 years...black rice. I read it's better than brown rice because it has antioxidants in it like blueberries, grapes, and acai. Only place you can get it is online or at an asian market store. It's often referred to as "forbidden rice" because only emperors and nobles were allowed to eat it and commoners were forbidden. I'm thinking I might give it a try. If you've have any experience with black rice, please feel free to share in the comments.

Tomorrow is Weigh-In Sunday. I don't think this was a good week for me, with my two day relapse, but we will see tomorrow.
