One more day...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 253.8 lbs
 Goal Weight: 185.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose : 68.8 lbs
One more day and we'll see if eating under 1800 calories and killing myself trying to walk 7 miles a day is actually paying off. I don't feel like I've lost weight. My friend suggested I take my measurements because I may have lost some inches if I haven't lost weight. Please scale gods let me be at least under 250, preferably 245. ;-)

Walmart didn't have the large granny smith apples I normally buy but they did have some small granny smith apples. I normally eat four a day, about 20g of fiber, but with the small ones I need to eat eight to equal the same amount of fiber. I really don't see myself eating 8 apples a day so I guess my calorie count is going to drop by 200 calories. With the spare calories I could add back my cup of rice I've been missing but it's probably not in my best interest. I should just eat the 8 apples or maybe 4 apples and 2 bananas. Mmmm banana sorbet everyday...that's good eating right there.
