Since I've reduced my food intake, I was curious about what Supertracker would say. Well, I got this message when I went to the site:
Oh well, that's the government for you. I'm glad it wasn't my primary place for logging my food intake.
I was glancing through some of the food diary's of mfp friend and I notice a lot of them have a pre-breakfast. I was like what's pre-breakfast, well, after I googled it; pre-breakfast is the meal you eat before your morning workout. Then I got to thinking maybe I should start doing that until I found a few articles about a study done in England. The results were the men in the study who worked out on an empty stomach burned 20% more fat than those who ate. So, I guess I will keep doing what I'm doing.
So I was perusing the mfp threads yesterday and came I across one about the global fat scale. So I went to check it out. I found it very interesting. I enter my start weight, my current weight, and my goal weight. My results are below:
