I weighed correctly this morning, first attempt 235.4, then 235.6, and 235.4. So it's safe to say I am 235.4 lbs this week. Yah! I'm getting there slowly but surely. I decided to not eat back my exercise calories again, anymore, except on Sundays, my cheat day. I wonder where I'll be next week.
I've been thinking about running/walking a marathon when I reach my halfway mark. Luckily for me there's one, Taste of Town Center 5K (3.1 miles) on November 2, 2013. Registration is $39.
There are two other races, Race to Breath and Skirts vs. Shirts, that weekend as well.

Last week, my BMI was 31.2 kg/m2, this week it's 31.1 kg/m2; I'm getting there slowly but surely. I'm 8.4 lbs away from the overweight zone. 227 lbs here I come!
