I've been thinking...

I've been thinking, what am I going to do when it get starts to get really cold? Well, today I found a solution, my apartment complex finally replaced their old treadmills. These treadmills were in horrible condition. They had a sign on them. "Treadmill may stop unexpectedly. Treadmill is for walking only." What kind of @#%?! is that? I haven't tried the new one yet but I saw them as I walked passed the gym this morning on my 3-mile walk. Now, I can be like the postman and exercise despite the weather, rain, sleet, or snow.

I had contemplated buying treadmill but my apartment is rather small. I absollutely love the Bowflex TreadClimber, but I don't have $3000 to spend on one.



Speaking of using the fitness center, I think I might start lifting weights 3x a week when I hit 230 lbs. Since my walk times are pretty fast, on fitocracy someone asked "Do I run?" Well, I don't run right now because I felt I have all this weight and my ankle isn't 100%. I'll probably start when I start lifting weights. I'm not far from 230 lbs so I guess I should see what's in the fitness center and figure out some kind of workout routine.
