I tried the treadmill again at the fitness center; I walked 2 miles at 4mph on a 5% incline. After my workout, it said I burned 415.3 calories.
I inputted the same info in ShapeSense's Walking Calorie Burn Calculator and it said 413 calories. So, I think the treadmill is pretty accurate. Oh, I also tried SparkPeople's calculator, it said 392. SparkPeople is good site to checkout. They're very similar to myfitnesspal as far as tracking your food intake and exercise, forums, but what I like is their awesome recipes. I was thinking about re-posting some of their recipes here. Actually, I might still do that.

Well, it's almost weigh-in day. I'm hoping to have lost 4 lbs this week, 237 would be nice.
