Not much planned for today. I'm doing laundry, I have about 4 loads to do. In the meantime, I'm gonna watch some movies, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, and Iron Man 3.

The treadmill kicked my @#%?! today. I did 3 miles at 4 mph on a 5% incline and burned 624 calories. I went for a walk when the rain cleared up and 1/2 mile in to my walk it started raining again. I figured I'm already wet I may as well finish walking.

Well, tomorrow is Sunday. Not only is it Weigh-in Day but it's Lamb Day. My roommate is cooking lamb tonight and the whole apartment smells like garlic seasoned lamb. Yum!

I was watching MasterChef Junior last night. MasterChef Junior is very similar to MasterChef except the participants are age 8 to 13. Well, the judges,Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Graham Elliot, had the kids make Gordon's Famous Beef Wellington. You can watch the episode here. I never knew how much work goes into making beef wellington.
