Oh, how I love hamburgers...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 236.6 lbs
Goal Weight: 175 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 61.6 lbs

Oh, how I love hamburgers; they're were so delicious. I wonder why they call them "hamburgers" when they're actually beef? Go figure. Next Saturday, I'm going to replacement the mayonnaise and ketchup with some other kind of condiment, perhaps, Hidden Valley Sandwich Spreads, they're low on calories per serving:



Or maybe, some Wishbone dressing:

Buffalo Blue Cheese
Thousand Island
Cheddar Bacon Ranch
Sweet & Spicy Honey Mustard

They all fall under 150 calories per serving (2 tbsp). So, I can fit them in my meal plan for Saturday.

Tomorrow's weigh in day. I look forward to seeing where I'm at on my journey. I hope it's good news.
