Well, last night...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 241.2 lbs
Goal Weight: 175.0
Pounds to Lose: 66.2
Well, last night was one of those nights. I just felt hungry all night. I didn't want to go over my caloric limit. It's on of the main reason I have a 200+ calorie cushion. So I ate two slices of bread but what I really wanted was a bowl of oatmeal and raisins. The bread didn't cut it. I ate a bowl of O&R. Thirty minutes later, I ate another and another. I ended up eating 1600 calories over my limit. Do I feel bad? Not really. This seems to be a once a month occurrence. I updated yesterday's MyNetDiary section to reflect my over indulgence.

I woke up to rain, so walking was not on the schedule. I decided to forgo the rice today so I can stay under my caloric limit without exercise. As I write this I'm hoping the rain clears up long enough so I can walk at least 2 miles if not 3.
