I've grown tired...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 236.6 lbs
Goal Weight: 175 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 61.6 lbs
I've grown tired of black rice and broccoli so they're gone from my meal plan for the moment. I'm keeping the white rice for my cheat day. It taste so so good with lamb. :-) To make up for the lost 400 calories from the black rice, I'm having peanut butter sandwiches. I think it's a pretty good trade off. :-)

I have incorporated 3 types of fish in my meal plan. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be salmon. Cod on Tuesdays and Flounder on Thursdays. Why salmon so many days? Because I love it so much. Duh! LOL.

Not much to say today. I have a slight headache, I think I'm a tad stress out about some thing going on in my life but I'll find a way to resolve it soon.
