I have incorporated 3 types of fish in my meal plan. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be salmon. Cod on Tuesdays and Flounder on Thursdays. Why salmon so many days? Because I love it so much. Duh! LOL.
Not much to say today. I have a slight headache, I think I'm a tad stress out about some thing going on in my life but I'll find a way to resolve it soon.
