I decided again to remove...


Sunday's Weigh-In: 249.4 lbs
 Goal Weight: 175.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 74.4 lbs
I decided again to remove one cup of rice from my meal plan. I know, I know I'm so wishy-washy about the rice. Since I'm gonna only eat one cup of rice a day I'm switching my lunch and dinner so I'll have my heavy carbs early in the day, plus the rise taste better with salmon.

Speaking of salmon, did you know fish is the best source fo omega-3s, but not all fish are created equal While tilapia and catfish are the leading fish consumed in America but they're not good source of omega-3. Salmon, tuna, trout, and mackerel are great sources for omega-3s. More this under Must-Reads from Reader's Digest. Also check out this article on fats from hellohealthy.

I'm starting to get use to walking 7 miles a day now. The walking itself doesn't bother me it's the getting up early to do it. LOL. I found this chart (i can't remember where I got it):


I always was considered sedentary but now that's i'm walking 7 miles a day, I'm active. So what are kind of person are you? sedentary? somewhat active? active? or very active?
