I'm back from my trip to Jamaica. I weighed myself Saturday morning, 234.6 lbs, exactly 10 lbs heavier. Funny thing is I weighed myself there on Monday and I weighed 238 and again on Friday 234. I thought the gym scale was wrong but apparently not. I hadn't plan on going to Jamaica this month. It through me off a little but I manage to somewhat on track despite being on vacation. I accidentally went swimming with my phone in my pocket (RIP iPhone 4s 04-12-12 to 11-25-13), so I wasn't able to log into myfitnesspal quite like I wanted. I know I didn't get the fiber I had become acustom to consuming, nor enough water.

Last week, my BMI was 29.6 kg/m2, this week it's 30.3 kg/m2. I'm back in the obese zone again, but not by much. Next week, I'll be back in the overweight zone.
