I managed to lose my holiday weight plus some, 6.8 lbs to be exact. I wish every week was like this. I'll be at my goal in 7 weeks. I didn't keep track of what I ate nor did I exercise so almost 7 lbs is remarkable. Since this is a new week, I'm decided to cut out carbs like I did back in March.
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
2 servings of carrots
2 serving of sweet peas
2 serving of protein
I'll try that for a week and see how that goes.

Last week, my BMI was 30.3 kg/m2, this week it's 29.4 kg/m2. I'm only 34.2 lbs away from the normal zone, 189 lbs.
