This week I was not stressed about what I was eating. This week was filled of some fun foods. My normal weighing routine it to weigh after my 3 mile walk. Today I didn't walk so I weigh 220.4, normally after exercising my weight goes down 1.2 pounds so I assume I'm actually 219.2.
My original goal date is this saturday, my birthday. I wanted to be 175 lbs but after my relapse in July, despite only gaining 17 pounds I set myself back 35 pounds. Then I change it to 200 lbs, but after thanksgiving week, I knew that wasn't going to happen. So now, I'm hoping for 200 by New Years. Actually being in One-derland would be nice.
Nothing to really say this week, maybe I'll have more next week.

Last week, my BMI was 29.4 kg/m2, this week it's 29.1 kg/m2. I'm only 31.4 lbs away from the normal zone, 189 lbs.
