It's almost New Year's

It's almost New Year's so here's my resolutions for 2014.
1. Increase my monthly income
2. Finish my novel(s)
3. Start a novella from the dream I had on my birthday last week
4. Make more friends
5. Start investing
6. Loose the remaining 37.2 lbs
7. Improve my credit score


I haven't been able to sleep the past couple of weeks, last week was even worse. I contemplated getting some sleeping pills to aid me but I'm a tad concern about becoming addicted. My amsomnia  may have something to do with me not exercising like I once were. I plan to start back tomorrow, only doing 3 days a week this time.

May throw in a leisure walk before dark to clear my mind before bed.

Well, I was pleasantly surprise this morning when I stepped onto the scale. last time I weighed was Monday, and I weighed 215.8 lbs. I've lost almost 18 lbs this month at this rate I could be my goal in less than 8 weeks.

This week...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 220.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 175.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 45.4 lbs

This week I was not stressed about what I was eating. This week was filled of some fun foods. My normal weighing routine it to weigh after my 3 mile walk. Today I didn't walk so I weigh 220.4, normally after exercising my weight goes down 1.2 pounds so I assume I'm actually 219.2.

My original goal date is this saturday, my birthday. I wanted to be 175 lbs but after my relapse in July, despite only gaining 17 pounds I set myself back 35 pounds. Then I change it to 200 lbs, but after thanksgiving week, I knew that wasn't going to happen. So now, I'm hoping for 200 by New Years. Actually being in One-derland would be nice.

Nothing to really say this week, maybe I'll have more next week.

I managed to...

Sunday's Weight-In: 223.2 lbs
Goal Weight: 175.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 48.2 lbs

I managed to lose my holiday weight plus some, 6.8 lbs to be exact. I wish every week was like this. I'll be at my goal in 7 weeks. I didn't keep track of what I ate nor did I exercise so almost 7 lbs is remarkable. Since this is a new week, I'm decided to cut out carbs like I did back in March.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
2 servings of carrots
2 serving of sweet peas
2 serving of protein

I'll try that for a week and see how that goes.

I'm back from my trip to Jamaica...

I'm back from my trip to Jamaica. I weighed myself Saturday morning, 234.6 lbs, exactly 10 lbs heavier. Funny thing is I weighed myself there on Monday and I weighed 238 and again on Friday 234. I thought the gym scale was wrong but apparently not. I hadn't plan on going to Jamaica this month. It through me off a little but I manage to somewhat on track despite being on vacation. I accidentally went swimming with my phone in my pocket (RIP iPhone 4s 04-12-12 to 11-25-13), so I wasn't able to log into myfitnesspal quite like I wanted. I know I didn't get the fiber I had become acustom to consuming, nor enough water.

Reaching my midway point...

Reaching my midway point a couple of weeks ago really has gave me a newfound interest in losing weight. I was getting very complacent but now I feel like I'm on top of the world. I decided this week to only eat back the calories I burn outside of my normal schedule. For instance, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I walked 2+ miles with my friend. So earned an extra 290 to 338 calories (equivalent to a nice size potato with all the fixin').

I followed my proposed plan to a "T", however, I didn't notice it was easier doing the leg extensions and hamstring curls this week so I plan to increase the weight next week.
