Ok, as promised...

Sunday's Weigh-In: 249.4 lbs
 Goal Weight: 175.0 lbs
Pounds to Lose: 74.4 lbs
Ok, as promised...water intake. So are you drinking enough water? I drink a little over 2 quarts a day. The Mayo Clinic recommends 64oz (1.9 L) glasses of water a day. The Institute of Medicine recommends 125 oz (3.7 L) of water for men and 91oz (2.7 L) for women.

I found an article that said to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water per 25g of fiber. Since I average about 50g of fiber I should be drinking 3 to 4 liters.

I found another article that gave a formula (weight x 2/3 = ounces of water to consume).Example: 249 x 2/3 = 166 oz (roughly 5 liters). If you workout, add 12oz for every 30 minutes of exercise. Example: (105 mins / 30 mins) x 12oz = 42 oz (roughly 1.24 liters). So a grand total of 6.24 liters. Are you freaking kidding me?

Boy, this is so confusing. I think I'll just try to drink 3 liters tops.

I've been looking at different types of rice, I've mention wanting to try Forbidden rice. Now I've found this company, Lotus Foods. They have a variety of rices I want to try like, Jade Pearl and Madgascar Pink. They also sell samplers and gift sets

I going to hit three Asian stores today and see if I can find some locally. If I can't find it, I guess I'll order a sampler online.

UPDATE: I found some black rice. I could want until tomorrow to try it so I had some for dinner. It kinda of taste like regular white rice. It definitely tastes better that brown just remember to rinse it.
